Types of donation

To donate blood, the blood group of the donor and recipient should be the same. There are 4 types of blood groups: A, B, AB and O. These blood groups have the respective antigens on RBC and the opposite antibody in plasma. If the antigen of the donor and the antibody in the receiver is the same, it causes clotting of blood and the person may die.

Donating Blood Step-By-Step

Donating blood is one of easiest ways to support your community. Your donation will help save the life of up to three people!  If you’ve never donated blood before, you’re probably wondering what you can expect and you may even be a little nervous, but don’t worry!  Giving blood is safe and simple.  Although the actual blood draw takes only a few minutes, the entire donation process takes about an hour.

Recipient needs a hero so be one !

Look around you ! You will find many  people who are waiting for you to donate your blood in order to  help them . Even a little bit of it can save at least two  or three  people so why waiting ? why don't you donate ? So readers please don't be selfish think about others who are really suffering in this moment !!! they really need  a hero right  now so be one and make them have another chance in their life ! Trust me standing by their sides means a lot for them it can make them feel that they aren't alone , that life isn't that bad , it can even give them hope and put a smile in their faces !!! and belive me there isn't greater than making a difference in someone lifes !!

Nothing can remplace human blood. Blood donation can really make a big difference to a person who is in need . Besides, it's one of the saftest, simplest and noblest acts one can do to succor a human being . Donating blood is simple safe and actually  heallthy ! and study says that every 2 minutes someone needs blood so hurry up and be a donor and like Winston Churchill  said : "We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give"
